We have extensive experience in the design & manufacture of technical brushes which are used in manufacturing, cleaning and application processes. Our in-house engineering department works hand in hand with the brush filling team to enable us to manufacture specialist and at times extremely complex brushes. Our range of skills and machinery is such that we can invariably cope with prototypes, one off’s, small batches or high volume runs depending on your needs.

We are able to offer:

• CAD facilities via high specification Solidworks® software

• In-house wood & plastics machining and engineering departments

A wide range of filling materials and base stocks including:

• Natural fibres

• Animal hair

• Nylon

• Polypropylene

• PVC

• Stainless steel

• Hardened & tempered steel

High speed automatic CNC machinery which will allow us the versatility to punch or anchor fill up to 1,200 tufts per minute.

Hand guided machines for particularly complex brushes.

A variety of construction methods including:

• Wire staple

• Wire drawn

• Resin set

• Soldered
